How about a tax on abortions or abortion providers to pay for abortions?
It is like me paying towards my own retirement. I get the money back eventually.

From a financial point of view all insurance companies should cover abortions because abortions are cheaper than child birth.
I love this idea, if only for its utter debauched pairing of commonplace banal everyday evil with gruesome, heart rendering everyday evil.
